REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Due to the made-to-order nature of our collections, XO Tiesha does not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges for:
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or product selection
  • Shipping or transit delays caused by the carrier
  • Orders submitted with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Please carefully confirm your product, size, color, and shipping information before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Quality is central to the XO Tiesha experience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
To ensure your concern can be reviewed promptly, please provide:
  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item received
  • Clear photographs of the original packaging, including any visible damage
Once your claim has been reviewed and the issue is verified, XO Tiesha will provide a replacement at no additional cost, where applicable.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, XO Tiesha is not responsible for delays, lost packages, misdelivery, or other delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders enter processing shortly after they are placed. Because our pieces are made to order, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request before production begins.
