Thank you for shopping with XO Tiesha. Each item is made to order and fulfilled through trusted production partners. Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

 

No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size, color, or product selection
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please include:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Upon review, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost if the issue is verified.


Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, XO Tiesha is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.


Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. As a result, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.
